Citrus Diet Weight Loss
The Citrus Diet basically consists of juicing with such fruits as grapefruits, lemons, limes, and or oranges. Some people believe that juicing some or all of these fruits and adding distilled water before consuming will stimulate weight loss even without diet or exercise due to the citric acid in these fruits.
