2. Weighted Side shuffle squats *30 lbs barbell*
3. Weighted jumping forward burpees *10lbs plate*
4. Weighted walking lunges with a hop *10lbs plate in each hand*

Modified version
1. Forward jumping squats
2. Side shuffle squats
3. Burpees
4. Walking lunges
