FAST WEIGHT LOSS: One Kilogram A Day With The Lemon-Diet!

• 8 cups of water

• Squeezed lemon juice (6 lemons)

• ½ cup of honey

• Few ice cubes

• 10 mint leaves

When you make a drink using lemons or honey, never let the water come to a boil. You need it to be lukewarm. So, when you’ve brought the water to the appropriate temperature, just add all the ingredients in it and leave the mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours. After that just strain it and combine it with your meals.
